• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but the shipping costs slightly more on some orders and way more on others.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Knit orders will take longer to get to you than printed orders, as I have to knit the product and ship it myself.

• It's been weeks and I still haven't seen my order. What should I do?

  In this case, it probably means I got an error message and didn't see it. Contact me through customer support and I'll fix the error.

• Can I get X design you made on Y item you sell?

  Probably! Contact me through customer support and I'll either create that product or get back to you.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
